December 22
In an apartment, three criminals Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Catwoman are seen miserable but Ivy says they’ll have the «best Christmas ever». When Bruce Wayne is ambushed and kissed by Ivy to control him into buying them presents at the mall. Though Catwoman says it’s more fun stealing before taking a golden cat statue and manages to escape. Dick Grayson is seen Bruce being controlled with Harley carrying a Christmas Tree, and then reveals a pellet used to cure Ivy’s controlling powers. He pretends to trip in front of Bruce and tosses it on the ground, curing him and then grins before he tosses Ivy a coin, then leaves. However, Ivy breaks the coin and follows the two as they go to become Batman and Robin but Ivy uses her plants to stop them.
Kidnapping the two and restraining them in an abandoned alleyway, she plans to kill them both but Catwoman arrives, saying she doesn’t like it when women don’t let go of their men before using Caltrops to free the two. Bruce then quickly throws a Batarang around while both women are distracted by Catwoman. Catwoman grins and escapes, the two then believe Batman has arrived and flee two before Dick pushes Harley’s massive Christmas Tree over, incapacitating the miserable two as police arrive.
December 25
In Arkham Asylum, Ventriloquist is scared and says to Scarface his gotten nothing for Christmas due to «not much cash». Scarface then lashes out on Ventriloquist and after killing their guard, Ventriloquist and Scarface escape Arkham Asylum. Scarface says he wants something for this holiday before drawing a knife and then stabs it on a newspaper about Batman, claiming he ruined his Christmas.
Ventriloquist is then dressed as an ice cream man and is giving ice cream to children, but poison is actually inside which kills them to Ventriloquist’s horror however Scarface tells him not to worry as it’s all part of his plan. Batman sees this but comes alone as Dick is having Christmas, arriving before being shocked by the poisoned children. Ventriloquist muttered he’ll surrender for guilt, but Scarface draws a gun and threatens that he’ll kill him if he does. So Scarface then gets out of cover and shoots at Batman, wishing him dead. After a fight, Batman throws a Batarang at Scarface which makes Ventriloquist drop him. Batman then takes Ventriloquist back to Arkham Asylum.
December 31
In Commissioner Gordon’s office, Batman and Robin have just reviewed a tape broadcasted by the Joker, who claims he has a late present for Gotham City to make up for his absence before cackling madly and it ends. Gordon informs Batman and Robin that the only murder that day was at GothCorp with a scientist being killed by Joker’s signature toxin and that an invention he was working on has been stolen which is reported to be a massive machine that is designed to emit any gas of any kind with security measures as well; with the scientist possibly planning to sell it for chemical warfare.
In an alleyway, Joker is seen wearing a santa costume and has redesigned such a weapon with his gang wearing elf costumes and gas masks. He then rolls the present onto the streets, which opens, revealing a massive mechanical head of Joker laughing loudly into the city and emits Joker Venom from it’s mouth. Batman and Robin arrive wearing Rebreathers but when Robin comes into contact with it, he is injured by an security electrical shock. Batman then draws his Cryptographic Sequencer but Joker’s thugs arrive to stop them only for Batman to take them out. One confronts a weakened Robin only to be knocked out and his mask is also knocked off, with the gas causing him to literally die laughing. Robin is shocked but then moves up where Joker draws a gun and starts shooting it at the Dymanic Duo until he runs out of ammo, then draws another gun. But this gun instead reveals a flag, but fires the flag, intending to impale Batman however Robin throws a shuriken to stop it. Batman then stops the gas with Explosive Gel, blowing the controls up. Joker is furious, saying all he wanted was to make Gotham light up, before using his flower to squirt acid at Batman but he avoids the acid, and then Robin sneaks up on Joker and knocks him out, taking him back to Arkham Asylum.
